Michelangelo's Dying Slave
This plaster reproduction of Michelangelo's 'Dying Slave' is handmade by the Nicholas H Wood studio.
The 'Dying Slave', one of six "slaves" executed by Michelangelo for the tomb of Pope Julius II. Two are now in the Louvre and four are in the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence.
Available in white plaster or with an antique finish, made with traditional artists' pigments. The effect may vary slightly from the photo, as the wash creates a unique aesthetic every time.
The sculpture has a metal wall hook attached on the back for hanging.
